Conflict Energy and the Resolution Processes
I developed a communication theory using the laws of physics, called "The Velocity of Communication". I have used my energy theory to describe the energy velocity in the various disputes resolution processes.
This paper first gives a brief explanation about energy theory, then a presents a brief overview of conflict. Then it reviews the general processes available for resolving disputes. The processes presented are: intrapersonal decision, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, litigation, and violence.
